RATS DEVELOPMENT SHOWING
Performed as an actor-musician, contributing to the creative development of this new work by Laneikka Denne, directed by Julia Robertson. Set in 1930s Surry Hills, the play reimagines Sydney’s first known queer bar, exploring the relationship between the queer community and police, the power struggles of gender, and the enduring importance of queer spaces. Through performance and discussion, I helped shape the evolution of the script and storytelling.
